He has strong knowledge on embedded control systems and calibration techniques. He is a good team player and communicates effectively with team members to solve engineering problems. He is also skilled at convincing people of his ideas. Congratulations Srujan!
Srujan Nelakuditi’s passion for engineer started when he was first gifted with are remote control car. His curiosity to know how the car could move forward and backwards made him want to learn more about its operations.
Srujan’s career started as a Production Engineer, where he led a group of 10-15 people, performed supplier audit, and made sure the team met its dead line on time. In this period, he learned different manufacturing techniques such as casting, molding and joining.
His favorite project that tested his skills and time management was when he was promoted to Plant Supervisor and asked to meet a work order in the shortest span possible. The strategy he built is still in use today. His hunger for knowledge led him to LHPU to gain hands-on experience on engine controls. He now has experience using CAN protocol to give messages, Simulink to design models, and MotoTune to calibrate and test.
Srujan is a Mechanical Engineer with Master’s from Lawrence Tech University and a Bachelor’s from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. His hobbies include working on DIY projects, his car and watching TV shows.
